2012: Competed in all but one meet for Stetson...Best time was a 27:45 at the Atlantic Sun Championships...Also ran a 17:00 5K at the FLRunners.com Invitational.

2011: The top finisher for Stetson men's cross country in all seven events...27:33.86 in Atlantic Sun Conference championships...17:16 for 4881 meter JU Duals...16:32.58 in FLRunners.com Invitational...27:46.66 for 8K at UCF Black & Gold Challenge...28:33 in Mountain Dew Invitational...28:52 in Florida Tech Invitational...29:00.23 at Embry-Riddle Classic.

2010: Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team...62nd in 2010 A-Sun Championships.

High School: Earned both a Deland (High School) and Daytona State AA (dual enrolled) diploma (with perfect 4.0s) in 2010...Daytona News-Journal Medallion of Excellence Award winner...six-year member of  high school band....All-State trumpet player, both individually (solo and ensemble) and as a member of the All State Symphonic Band...selected as the Outstanding Musician at Deland H.S. and the Youth Brass Band of Central Florida in 2010....All-County Band and Chorus....nationally acclaimed bugler with two CDs....All-Conference and All-District in both cross country and track...PRs of 10:01 in the 3200, 16:41 for 5K, 22:29 for 4 miles, 28:48 for 5 miles, 35:42 for 10K and 41:37 for 7 miles...parents are Ralph and Stephanie Epifanio....music education major.
