2014: Atlantic Sun Academic All-Conference Team ... ASUN Honor Roll ... Competed in all eight events ... Led the team in six events ... Posted four top six finishes ... Set the school 5K record with a time of 18:27.4 at the UF Invitational ... Ran the second-fastest 5K time in school history, 18:45.5, at the FSU Invitational ... Ran the fourth-fastest 5K time in school history, 18:50.5, at the Atlantic Sun Championship ... Finished third overall at Embry-Riddle, fourth at UCF, fourth at the Hatter Invitational, and sixth at the UNF Invitational.

2013: Competed in six events ... Ran a season-best 20:24 (5K) at the USF Invitational ... Placed 12th with a time of 21:23 at the Embry-Riddle Invitational ... Ran a pair of 6K events (UF and UCF) ... Competed in the A-Sun Championship with a time of 21:06 ... ASUN Honor Roll.

High School: Ran cross country and track, and played soccer while at Crystal River High School. Earned Rookie of the Year, Coach's Award, and MVP honors for track. Was on the district champion 4x800m relay team in 2011, 2012, and 2013.  She was also a district champ in the 4x400m relay, and an individual champion in the 1600 meters.  Her current personal record in the 5K is 19:40.  She was ranked number one in her graduating class, and was named Student of the Year.

Personal: Daughter of Keith and Danita Consol. Danita played basketball at Fort Lewis University. Has one brother; Gunnar.  Majoring in Mathematics, and minoring in Psychology.
