Biography

High School
Led Wheaton High School to the Illinois Class 4A Regional Quarterfinals in 2011-12 and 2012-13. Named all-conference twice. Also named one of the top five centers in Illinois. Scored 23 points, recorded 14 rebounds, and blocked four shots in a game against rival Naperville Central. Nominated for McDonald’s All-America. Named an Illinois State Scholar, earned Academic All-Conference honors twice, and was on the Blue Honor Roll all four years at Wheaton. Also played volleyball while at Wheaton. Was a member of the Jazz Band.

Born Andrew John Zelis. Son of Lynette and David Zelis. Has one sister, Laura (15). Majoring in discovery.
