2005: Selected to the freshman All-America team by Collegiate Baseball … Also named to the Atlantic Sun all-freshman team made 38 starts at catcher and 14 at designated hitter … Hit safely in 39 games … Produced 16 multi-hit games, including three three-hit games, one of seven starters with at least five home runs and one of eight starters with at least 30 RBI … went 3-for-3 with three runs, two RBI, and his first career home run at Campbell (Apr. 16) … Also went 3-for-3 with three runs, and three RBI at lipscomb (May 6) … Hit home runs in three straight games. Including two home runs in two days against #11 Florida State (May 10-11). 

High School: Was a three-time All-State and all-conference performer at Northside School … Batted .451 with seven doubles, five triples, and two home runs as a senior en route to all-area honors … Batted .474 with seven home runs and 41 RBI as a sophomore … added six doubles, two triples, and led his team to a 33-3 record and second place finish in the state tournament … Also competed in golf.
