Biography

2004: Made 30 starts in left field … Posted a nine-inning streak to start the year (Feb. 13-Feb. 29) … Doubled, tripled, homered, and drove in four runs vs. St. Joseph's (Feb. 22) … Went 3-5 with three RBI vs. Virginia Tech (Feb.27) … Went 3-5 again with one RBI vs. Northern Iowa (Mar. 17) … Scored two runs vs. Garder Webb (Apr. 17) … Tallied seven multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games. 

2003: Played in 32 games, making 21 starts in left field … Had three RBI, including a two-run triple vs. Kentucky (Feb. 13) … Collected a bases-loaded, two-run single vs. Jacksonville State (Mar. 1) … Hit an inside-the-park home run at Troy State (Mar. 15) … Later he hit a two-out, two-run double as part of Stetson’s eight-run seventh inning rally. His hit came as the Hatters were down to their last out and gave Stetson the lead for good. 

 2002: Played in 28 games, making 18 starts in left field … Hit a bases-clearing, three-run double vs. Penn State (Mar. 5) … Hit a pinch-hit home run at Samford (Mar. 15), Stetson’s lone pinch-hit home run on the season … Went 2-for-2 with two doubles and two runs scored vs. Bethune-Cookman (Apr. 23) … Missed a month of the season with a sinus fracture following a collision during a game at UCF (Apr. 27) … Retired in the A-Sun tournament vs. UCF hitting a pinch-hit single in his first at-bat (May 24) … Went 2-for-6 (.333) with three RBI and two runs scored in the NCAA Tournament … Hit a two-run single vs. Florida State (June 1) … Batted .571 (4-for-7) as a pinch-hitter for the season … Did not commit an error in 35 chances. 

High School: Batted .380 with eight home runs, 40 RBI and 30 runs scored as a senior at Milton HS … Earned all-county and all-region honors in 2001 … Led the team in home runs, RBI and runs scored … Batted .400 for his career … Helped lead his team to the Region Championship in 1999 and 2000 … Played summer ball for the East Cobb Tigers … Named MVP of the CABA World Series … Selected as the league’s top offensive player three straight years.
