Prior to Stetson: Reyes attended Old Dominion for one year before transferring to Stetson. He also attended Marcus High School in Texas. Reyes made the National Team Pool in 2009, and he played in the Academy League Spring Showcase in Sarasota, Fla. in 2010. He was named to the Chelsea All-Star Team and traveled to England in 2010. Reyes was a member of the team that won the North Texas State Cup Championship and the Gothia Cup Championship. He played on the North Texas ODP State Team, earned First Team All-Region honors, and First Team All-District accolades twice with Marcus HS.

Personal: Son of Sonia and Carlos Reyes. Has one sister; Sandra. Majoring in sport management.
