2005: Started 38 games at first base … Collected 13 extra base hits, including seven home runs … Hit three-run home runs vs. Southern Illinois (Feb. 12) and Mercer (Mar. 18) Had a season-best three hits vs. St. Joseph's (Mar. 9) … Hit a two-run home run vs. South Alabama (May 22) … Hit two solo home runs in the series at Georgia State (Mar. 11,13) … Also hit solo home runs vs. Siena (Feb. 25) and Campbell (Apr. 15). 

Broward CC: Batted .325 with one home run and 26 RBI as a freshman at Broward Community College … Helped lead his team to a 34-9 record, a conference championship appearance in the JUCO state tournament … Broward was ranked as high as no. 2 in the nation during the season … Was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 33rd round of the June, 2003 draft … Helped lead Broward to a 25-15 record in 2004.
