2014: Competed in all eight events ... Ran a season-best 19:33.8 (5K) at the Atlantic Sun CHampionship ... Also posted sub 19:40 times at the UF Invitational (19:36.5) and the FSU Invitational (19:38.4) ... Placed eighth at the Embry-Riddle Invitational (20:01.6).

2013: Competed in six events ... Led the team in all six meets ... Ran a season-best 18:29 (5K) at the USF Invitational ... Earned Atlantic Sun Runner of the Week honors on Sept. 11, becomming the first Hatter in history to do so ... Ran the fastest 6K time in school history (23:22.3) at the UF Invitational ... Placed third at the Embry-Riddle Invitational (20:03) ... Placed fifth at the UNF Cross Country Challenge (19:07) ... Placed ninth at the FLRunners.com Invitational (19:06) ... Placed 37th at the Atlantic Sun Championship (19:43).

High School: Ran cross country and track and Northeast High School. She set a school record with an 18:44 5K, and was named Coach's MVP all four years in cross country.  She also set an 800 meter school record in track with a time of 2:21.  Her other personal bests include; 5:19 in the mile and 12:02 in the two mile.

Personal: Daughter of John and Nancy Spring. Has two siblings; Nicholas and Katelynn.  Majoring in Marketing.
