2008: Had a solid season for the Hatters in 2008... Finished 71st with a time of 30:27.57 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship meet... Placed 56th with a time of 31:38 in Stetson's home event the Hatter Invitational... Was 266th (33:06.50) at the Disney Classic... Finished 55th with a time of 33:49.53 at the Embry-Riddle Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Vero Beach High School in Vero Beach, Florida... Earned four varsity letters in soccer, one in cross country and one in track... Was in the Top 10% of his class for four years... Member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Son of Vicki and Allan Edgcomb of Vero Beach, Florida... Born January 7, 1988 in Vero Beach... One of seven children in the Edgcomb family... Best time for the mile is 4:35 and 17:08 in the 5K... His inspiration is his dad who has always worked hard to make sure he was alright... Majoring in Rehabilitative Studies at Stetson... Would like to work as a male nurse in an emergency room.
