High School: Ran Junior Varsity track 2007-2009, Varsity track 2009-2011… Trained Martial Arts (Shotokan) 2007-2011… Earned 1^st dan black belt in 2011… 2008 Jim Kelly Tournament 1^st in Sparring and 3^rd in Kumite… 2009 AAU National Championships 1^st in Sparring and 1^st in Kumite, National Champion for 16-18 Novice… 2010 UTKA Regional Championships placed top 3, qualified for State Championships 16-18… 2010 UTKA Regional Championships placed 1^st in Sparring, qualified for National Championships 16-18… 2011 UTKA Regional Championships and State Championships placed 1^st in Sparring and 3^rd in Kumite, qualified for National Championships 16-18… Was involved in Orchestra, Jazz Band, FCA, the Boys & Girls Club, various volunteer projects and programs.

Personal: Margie was born October 26, 1992… Her major is Family Enterprise with a minor in Sports Business… Hopes to work as a weightlifting coach and rowing coach after graduation… Eventually would like to open up her own gym… Her most memorable athletic experience includes having the opportunity to grow as a leader and athlete, and find happiness through different sports throughout her whole life… Enjoys weightlifting, training strongman, going to the beach, reading, spending time with her friends and family… Daughter of Marcia DeWater-Ellison and Robert Ellison II.
