Stetson University Athletics

Barbara Lawrence joined the Stetson sports medicine staff in the fall of 2014. She primarily provides coverage for the football and men’s rennis teams.

Lawrence comes to Stetson from Chadron State College in Nebraska where she spent two years as a Graduate Assistant. She provided primary coverage to the volleyball, basketball, and softball teams, while also assisting with football, cross country, and track and field programs. She earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Chadron State in 2014.

Lawrence did her undergraduate work at Missouri State, serving as an athletic training student and assisting with the football and men’s basketball teams. She also worked for St. John’s Health Tracks, assisting athletic trainers with patient evaluations, treatment plans and treatment programs.

A native of Nixa, Mo., Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Missouri State in 2012.
