2020: First place win in the women’s first varsity eight over Sacred Heart…holds second place on the 2K all-time leader board…All Academic

2019: First place in the first varsity eight against Duquesne and Villanova…Fastest 2K on the team…made grand finals for the first time in Stetson’s history in the women’s second varsity eight….Received the Green Hammer Award and Class of ’95 Award…All Academic

2018: Gold in the women’s varsity 4 at the Rollins Invitational…Freshman Eight Champion at the Florida State Championship

High School: 2017 graduate of New Albany High School in New Albany, Ohio …Graduated with a 3.8 GPA…Received an Honors Diploma…Awarded for Leadership… won the 1000 meter erg sprint at The Arnold Classic… rowed with Westerville Rowing Club… she aspires to finish in the top five at the NCAA’s before she graduates and would like to compete for the U.S. 23 National Team… one day she would love to become a rowing coach.

Personal: Born March 13, 1999… daughter of Tim and Laura Scholten… has two sisters Marlee and Macey … considered attending the Universities of Louisville, Duquesne University, University of Iowa, University of Alabama, and Villanova University…dad Tim played basketball at the University of Kentucky and sister Marlee is a dancer at Kentucky…chose Stetson because the coaches believed in her and she loved the emphasis on academics and community engagement/service…aims to leave a positive impact on Stetson’s rowing program and be a role model for all underclassmen…want to continue to advocate and support any child that comes into her classroom and leave with the knowledge that she will always love and fight for them…majoring in Elementary Education
