Chase Crawford joined the Stetson Men’s Basketball staff as an Assistant Coach in August 2025.
A native of Alpharetta, Georgia, Crawford brings championship experience and a player development background to DeLand.
Before arriving at Stetson, Crawford spent two seasons at Pace Academy in Atlanta under legendary coach Sharman White, a 10-time state champion and six-time gold medal winner. During his tenure, Crawford was named a finalist for the 2025 Atlanta Hawks Jr. NBA Coach of the Year Award and also served as a Head Coach for multiple age groups within the HoopAtlanta and OTP AAU programs.
Prior to that, he helped lead King’s Ridge Christian School to a Georgia High School State Championship in 2023 as an Assistant Coach. Crawford’s coaching journey began at the University of Georgia, where he spent five years as a student manager under head coaches Tom Crean, Mark Fox, and Mike White, working with several future NBA players, including 2020 No. 1 Draft Pick Anthony Edwards. He was also selected to the inaugural NBA Future Analytics Stars Program in 2021.
Crawford earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Georgia in 2022, with minors in Statistics and Spanish and a New Media Certificate in Digital Content Creation.
