Jack Smith joined the Stetson University athletics team in September of 2025 as Sales and Service Consultant in the Hatter Ticket Office.
A full-time employee of Playfly Aspire, the department's official ticket sales and operations partner, Smith will serve as a vital member of the sales and service team that provides ticketing support for five ticket Hatters sport programs:Â Baseball, men's and women's basketball, football and softball.
A 2024 graduate of Texas A&M University, Smith spent the previous season in a similar capacity with the Vinik Sports Group in Tampa, Fla. Working events in Tampa's Amalie Arena, Yuengling Center and Raymond James Stadium, he provided customer service, operations and sales support in a variety of areas.
While in college, Smith spent time working as a student ambassador for the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M. He was responsible for engaging with former students, building relationship and actively encouraging philanthropic activities. Smith also held leadership positions with Phi Delta Theta and served as the chapter's philanthropy chair. Prior to attending college, he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement attainable of the Boy Scouts of America.
