Milton Dauber is entering his second season as the Hatters’ Director of Analytics. In 2025 he aided in the development of the Hatters’ pitching staff through data analysis breakdowns, and pitch design training. The pitching staff finished 23rd in the nation in ERA (4.39), 37th in the nation in WHIP (1.38), and 48th in the nation in lowest BB/9 (3.77). Two Hatters’ pitchers that Milton worked with heard their names called in the 2025 Draft, SR LHP Jonathan Gonzalez (14th Rd, Phillies), and SR RHP Ty Van Dyke(10th Rd, Cardinals).
Before Stetson, from 2023-2024, Milton worked for the Keene Swamp Bats of the New England Collegiate Baseball League serving as the Assistant General Manager/Director of Analytics & Scouting. In his role with the Swamp Bats he was in charge of player evaluation, producing all advanced scouting materials, and aided in player development projects.
In the 2024 season the Swamp Bats team he helped assemble went 26-18 and clinched a playoff spot for the first time since 2021.
In 2024 Keene lead the NECBL in HRs (53), BB (243), SLG% (.429), RBI (252), XBH% (36.4%), Total Bases (615), and were 2nd in the NECBL in OPS (.809), Runs Scored (294), and Doubles (74). Two players on the 2024 roster were selected in the MLB Draft, Josh Kross (6th Rd, Cardinals), and Dane Burns (17th Rd, Royals).
