Robert Shaw serves as Stetson University's Director of Broadcasting. He is responsible for producing, managing and executing live video production for approximately 125 Stetson athletic events annually for ESPN+. Shaw also manages production of several campus events, including annual convocation and graduation ceremonies.
Shaw graduated from Stetson in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Arts within the school's Digital Arts Program. He earned experience in broadcast operations as a student, serving in a variety of capacities on the athletic program's ESPN3/ESPN+ event productions. While an undergraduate student, he also participated as a member of Stetson's Concert Orchestra.
He joined the university as Broadcast Technician in July 2021 and was promoted to Director of Broadcasting a year later.
In addition to his position at Stetson, he serves as a freelance director and technical director for organizations such as the Orlando Magic and PGA TOUR Studios.
