Jacksonville, Fla.- Casey Frawley (New Haven, Ct.) and Alex Hudak (Sorrento, Fla.) each had four hits Sunday afternoon, yet Stetson (6-12, 2-1) could not complete the sweep and dropped the final game of the series 18-8 to the host Jacksonville Dolphins (9-7, 3-3). Frawley was 4-for-5 in the game with a double and three RBI, while Hudak finished 4-for-6 with two runs scored.

Jeremy Cruz (Miami, Fla.) blasted a three-run home run down the left field line in the top of the eighth inning to get the Hatters to within eight runs, however the Dolphins answered with a pair in the bottom half to leave no doubt in the outcome. It was the fourth home run of the week for Cruz and his sixth of the season to lead the team.

After a stellar outing earlier this week against Central Michigan, starting pitcher Lindsay Caughel (Orlando, Fla.) had a rough outing today giving up eight runs in 3/1/3 innings and dropping his record to 2-1.  He did strike out five batters to up his season total to 19, second best on the Hatters. Glenn Witowski threw five innings for JU to pick up his second win of the season against no losses.

Sean Emory (Miami, Fla.) continued his excellent hitting with a 3-for-6 afternoon. Mark Jones (Palm Coast, Fla.) and Aaron Crittenden (Fort Myers, Fla.) each added two hits for the visitors.
