Initial Eligibility

  1. You must be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center (the sooner the better).  Test scores and all high school transcripts must be submitted to the EC in a timely manner for certification.
  2. You must complete the Amateurism Questionnaire and be fully certified before being able to compete. (April 1 of your senior year is the first date to request final amateur certification).
  3. To be eligible for immediate competition and athletic aid, you must be final certified as an academic qualifier.
  4. If you start classes and practice with your team prior to final certification, you have 45 days from the first day of CARA activities to be certified.
