Women's Basketball Hosts Kennesaw State Monday

With just two games remaining in the regular season, the Stetson Hatters look for their third win a row as they host the Kennesaw State Owls at the Edmunds Center. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m. with live coverage on ESPN3 and WSBB.

The men will play Bethune-Cookman at 8 p.m.

Stetson (17-9, 8-4 A-Sun) leads the all-time series 20-3 over Kennesaw State (10-17, 5-7). The Hatters have won the past 15 head-to-head meetings, including a 57-54 win in Kennesaw on January 23.

The Hatters have secured home court advantage for the Atlantic Sun Conference quarterfinal round to played March 4.  Stetson could still finish anywhere between second and fourth in the regular season.

Tickets start at just $12.00 for general admission to both games of the basketball doubleheader and can be purchased online or at the Edmunds Center box office. Stetson students, faculty, and staff are admitted free with a valid I.D.

Monday is Stetson's annual Think Pink game as Stetson Athletics and Zeta Tau Alpha will join forces to raise awareness for the fight against breast cancer. Fans are encouraged to wear pink.

It is also Greek Night as the Greek organization with the highest percentage in chapter attendance will win an allotment of season tickets to Stetson Football.

Fans can also get live in-game updates via live stats, the Stetson women's basketball twitter feed, and the HatCheck text messaging system presented by Orlando Sanford International Airport.

Home Cooking
Stetson is 10-2 at home this year. Overall, the Hatters are 67-8 (.893) in their past 75 home games. Over the past 42 regular season conference home games, the Hatters are 37-5 (.881).

Saunders Approaching 500 Points
Brianti Saunders is just 22 points shy of the 500-point mark for the season. She would become just the fifth Hatter all-time to record 500 points in a season, and the first since Victoria McGowan in 2012-13. The school record for single-season points is 581 by Nefertiti Walker in 2005-06.

Fourth Quarter Comebacks
Following Saturday's win vs. Lipscomb, Stetson has had four victories this season in games where they trailed in the fourth quarter.
