Fresh off a 38-point victory against Webber International, the Stetson Hatters will travel to Knoxville, Tenn. to face the ninth-ranked Tennessee Lady Vols Wednesday evening.  Tip-off at Thompson-Boling Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m. with live coverage on the SEC+ Digital Network.

The Hatters (1-6) will be playing the first of two straight Top 12 opponents.  Stetson will also match-up against No. 12 Texas on Dec. 16 in Austin.

The Hatters broke out offensively against Webber International, scoring a season-high 80 points on 41.5 percent shooting from the floor.  Stetson tied a school record by hitting 14 3-pointers, five of which came from junior guard Addi Walters.

Defensively, the Hatters have held five of their seven opponents to under 60 points this season.  Stetson ranks second in the ASUN in points allowed (61.4) and first in blocks-per-game (4.7).  Sarah Sagerer (11th) and Megan Vincent (22nd) rank among the Top 25 NCAA blocking leaders.

Tennessee (6-0) remained perfect on the season following a 76-63 victory at Oklahoma State on Sunday.  Evina Westbrook leads the Lady Vols in scoring (15.0 ppg).

Tennessee holds a 6-0 advantage in the all-time series with Stetson.  The teams last met in December, 2015 in Knoxville.

In addition to the SEC+ broadcast, live stats, the Stetson women's basketball twitter feed, and the HatCheck text messaging service will provide live updates as well.
