Hatters Blanked at SMU

Twelfth-ranked SMU scored four times in the first half en route to a 5-0 win over visiting Stetson, Tuesday in Dallas, Texas.
 
Eddie Munjoma scored twice for the Mustangs (11-1-1) and three other players each scored once. Gabriel Costa recorded two assists.
 
The Hatters took 11 shots and put five on-frame, but SMU keeper Grant Makela stopped all five shots. Stetson's Lute Lillo-Portero faced 20 shots and made a career-high nine saves.
 
The Hatters next visit No. 8 UCF, 7 p.m., Tuesday, October 29 in Orlando.
