The Stetson Hatters will visit the FGCU Eagles Tuesday night for the final regular season game of the 2018-19 season.  Tip-off at Alico Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m. with live coverage on ESPN+.

The Hatters can clinch the No. 2 seed for the ASUN Championship and home court advantage through the semifinals with either:
(1) a win at FGCU or
(2) a Liberty win vs. North Alabama, or
(3) an NJIT win at UNF

Stetson will host a quarterfinal game on Friday night against either Jacksonville or Kennesaw State.  The Dolphins have already clinched the No. 6 seed and the Owls will be seeded seventh.

The Hatters (16-13, 11-4) enter Tuesday's game having won three of four and nine of their last 11.  Day'Neshia Banks leads the team in scoring (14.8 ppg) and rebounding (7.0 rpg).

For the season, Stetson has hit 203 3-pointers as a team, the second-highest total in school history and just 23 shy of the single-season record (226).  The Hatters are also shooting .333 from behind the arc, a total that leads the ASUN and ranks 87th in the NCAA.

Stetson perhaps had its best showing of the season from 3-point range Saturday afternoon at Kennesaw State.  The Hatters hit 11 3-pointers in 20 attempts (.550), including a 7-for-8 performance in the second quarter.  McKenna Beach sunk a halfcourt heave to beat the halftime buzzer.

The Eagles (24-4, 15-0), meanwhile, have won 15 in a row including a 73-40 victory over the Hatters on Feb. 16 in DeLand.  Nasrin Ulel leads FGCU in scoring (15.3 ppg).

Stetson is is just 1-12 all-time vs. FGCU at Alico Arena, but the one victory clinched the 2017 ASUN regular season title for the Hatters.

In addition to the ESPN+ broadcast, live stats, the Stetson women's basketball twitter feed, and the HatCheck text messaging service will provide live updates as well.
