From Crawford, Nebraska, to the hallowed halls of the Ivy League, to launching a fledgling football program at Stetson University, Roger Hughes has gone down a lot of paths in his career.

He talks about how he eventually wore down legendary coach Tom Osborne to get his start as a graduate assistant with the Cornhuskers, and how his ties to him alma mater, Doane University, have come up every step of the way in his career.
