One night after a decisive victory, Stetson (3-5, 1-1) appeared to be on its way to an equally decisive loss.

North Alabama (5-3, 1-1) held a 57-42 lead with 6:17 to play before the Hatters closed regulation with a 19-4 run. Christiaan Jones tied the game on a pair of free throws with 45 seconds to play, ultimately sending the game to overtime.

In OT, the Hatters simply ran out of gas. Stetson made just 2 of 9 field goal attempts in the extra period as UNA earned the win.
