The Stetson women's basketball team will make its first-ever trip to ESPN Wide World of Sports this weekend for the ASUN MAAC Challenge.  The Hatters will face Fairfield at 1:30 p.m. Friday and Manhattan at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.  Both games will be broadcast live on ESPN3.

Stetson (1-1) is coming off a 54-39 setback at Miami on Sunday.  Yazz Wazeerud-Dun led the Hatters with 18 points in her season debut.

Five different Hatters are averaging double figures in scoring.  As a team, the Hatters lead the ASUN in field goal pct. (.504), free throw pct. (.783) and steals (20.5).  

Stetson and Fairfield will be meeting for just the second time ever and for the first time since 1983.  The Stags lead the series 1-0.  The Hatters and Jaspers have met three times previously with Manhattan leading the all-time series 2-1. The teams have not met since 2001.
