Preview
Stetson begins a two-game homestand Saturday afternoon against the Kennesaw State Owls. Tip-off at the Edmunds Center is set for 1 p.m. with live coverage on ESPN+.  The basketball doubleheader continues at 4 p.m. with the Stetson men also hosting Kennesaw State.

Tickets for the doubleheader start at just $7 for for general admission and can be purchased online or at the Edmunds Center Box Office. Stetson students, faculty, and staff are admitted free with ID.  Fans will also be treated to a halftime frisbee dog performance.


All-Time Series - 38th Meeting
Stetson leads the all-time series 31-6 over Kennesaw State. The Hatters have won two straight and 26 of the past 29 head-to-head meetings. The Hatters hold a 15-4 series lead in DeLand. Last season, the Hatters won both meetings at KSU Convocation Center, 49-32 and 64-53. 

Last Time Out
Stetson cut a 12-point fourth quarter deficit all the down to three, but Jacksonville held on down the stretch for a 63-51 victory over the Hatters Wednesday night at Swisher Gym. Tatiana Streun led the Hatters (8-8, 1-2 ASUN) with 14 points, while Jamiya Turner scored 11 and Khamya McNeal chipped in 10. Stetson's only lead in the game came early on at 7-6. Jacksonville led by four after 1 and by eight at the break. Stetson held a 35-28 advantage on the glass but turned it over 23 times.

New Three-Point Specialist
After hitting just three triples in her first 14 games this season, Tatiana Streun has unleashed seven 3s in the past two games. That includes a career-high 4-for-7 night at UNF and a 3-for-5 outing at Jacksonville. She now leads the team in 3-point field goal pct. (.476) and ranks second on the team in total number of 3s (10).

Halftime Scores
In Stetson's first 16 games this season, the team leading at halftime has gone on to win the game 13 times. In fact, only five games have featured second-half lead changes and none have occurred in ASUN play.

Fun in the ASUN
Stetson has had nine winning seasons in conference play in the past 11 years. The Hatters are 121-60 (.670) in the league since the start of the 2010-11 season. The Hatters won the ASUN regular season title in 2016-17 with a record of 13-1. 


Team Defense
The Hatters have held nine of their 16 opponents to under 60 points this season, and Stetson is 7-2 in those games.  At 55.3 points allowed per game, Stetson's defense ranks second in the ASUN and 26th in the NCAA.  No opponent has scored 70 points against Stetson this season.

First Quarter Success
The Hatters have outscored opponents by 47 points in first quarters this season.  Stetson has held the lead at the end of the first quarter 10 times in 16 games, including ASUN games against Liberty and UNF.

The Head Coach
Head Coach Lynn Bria is in her 14th season with the Hatters and 27th season overall. The all-time winningest coach in program history, Bria holds a Stetson record of 240-186. She is seven wins shy of 400 career.
