Preview
Stetson hosts ASUN East Division rival FGCU Wednesday evening at the Edmunds Center. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. with live coverage on ESPN+.  The Eagles have won eight straight and are ranked 21st in the nation in the USA Today Top 25 Coaches Poll and 24th in the AP Poll.  Kierstan Bell ranks third in the NCAA in scoring (24.6 ppg).


Tickets / Promotions
Tickets start at just $7 for for general admission and can be purchased online or at the Edmunds Center Box Office. Stetson students, faculty, and staff are admitted free with ID.  Fans are encouraged to wear green. The first 100 fans will receive green rally towels.


All-Time Series - 34th Meeting
FGCU leads the all-time series 29-4 over Stetson. The Eagles have won nine straight overall and hold a 14-2 advantage in DeLand.  Last season, FGCU won both meetings at the Edmunds Center, 72-55 and 84-62. 

Match-Up
Wednesday's game features the league's top two scorers in ASUN play with FGCU Kierstan Bell averaging 24.8 ppg and Stetson's Tatiana Streun averaging 18.0 pgg.

Last Time Out
Stetson cut an 11-point halftime deficit all the way down to one, but Kennesaw State held on for a 61-60 victory over the Hatters Saturday afternoon at the Edmunds Center. Tatiana Streun led the Hatters with 22 points, while Khamya McNeal added a career-high 14.  McNeal has netted double figures in two straight games and has scored 21 points in the past five quarters.

Streun Stepping Up
Tatiana Streun has scored in double figures 11 times this season, including the past six games in a row (16.0 ppg during that stretch).  She currently ranks ninth in the ASUN in scoring (12.5 ppg) and seventh in the ASUN in rebounding (7.1 rpg).  In her past three games, she is averaging 20.0 ppg with seven 3-pointers.  She has four double-doubles on the season.

Halftime Scores
In Stetson's first 17 games this season, the team leading at halftime has gone on to win the game 14 times. In fact, only five games have featured second-half lead changes and none have occurred in ASUN play.


Team Defense
The Hatters have held nine of their 17 opponents to under 60 points this season, and Stetson is 7-2 in those games.  At 55.7 points allowed per game, Stetson's defense ranks second in the ASUN and 31st in the NCAA.  No opponent has scored 70 points against Stetson this season.  FGCU averages 83.6 ppg.

Fun in the ASUN
Stetson has had nine winning seasons in conference play in the past 11 years. The Hatters are 121-61 (.664) in the league since the start of the 2010-11 season. The Hatters won the ASUN regular season title in 2016-17 with a record of 13-1. 


The Head Coach
Head Coach Lynn Bria is in her 14th season with the Hatters and 27th season overall. The all-time winningest coach in program history, Bria holds a Stetson record of 240-187. She is seven wins shy of 400 career.
