Last Time Out
Earlier this season, the Hatters established an identity of playing hard-nosed defense while crashing the boards and attacking the paint. Stetson got back to those successful building blocks Saturday afternoon in a dominating 75-43 ASUN road victory at North Alabama. Senior guard Yazz Wazeerud-Din also regained her shooting touch, going 7-for-8 from the floor and 4-for-5 from the arc for a team-high 18 points. Mali Morgan-Elliott and (14 points) and Jamiya Turner (12 points) joined Wazeerud-Din in double figures as Stetson improved to 9-10 overall and 2-4 in ASUN play.

Three-Point Barrage
After going 0-for-9 from the arc vs. FGCU, Stetson hit a season-high 11 3-pointers at North Alabama.  Yazz Wazeerud-Din hit four, while Khamya McNeal and Mali Morgan-Elliott hit three each.  Maddie Novak also connected on one triple.

Streun Stepping Up
Tatiana Streun has scored in double figures 12 times this season, including in seven of the past eight games.  She currently ranks 10th in the ASUN in scoring (12.1 ppg) and fifth in the ASUN in rebounding (7.2 rpg).  She has four double-doubles on the season.

Take It Away
Last season, Yazz Wazeerud-Din led the ASUN in steals (59) and steals-per-game (2.36). Through 19 games this season, the Hatters senior ranks second in the ASUN and 57th in the NCAA with 39 steals. She is averaging 2.17 steals-per-game.  She has at least one steal in all 18 games this season.

Halftime Scores
In Stetson's first 19 games this season, the team leading at halftime has gone on to win the game 16 times. In fact, only five games have featured second-half lead changes and none have occurred in ASUN play.

Team Defense
The Hatters have held 10 of their 19 opponents to under 60 points this season, and Stetson is 8-2 in those games.  At 56.2 points allowed per game, Stetson's defense ranks third in the ASUN and 34th in the NCAA.

The Head Coach
Head Coach Lynn Bria is in her 14th season with the Hatters and 27th season overall. The all-time winningest coach in program history, Bria holds a Stetson record of 241-188. She is six wins shy of 400 career.
