All-Time Series vs. Jacksonville State - 16th Meeting
Stetson leads the all-time series 9-6 over Jacksonville State. The Gamecocks were members of the ASUN (TAAC) between 1995-2003.  Stetson went 8-6 vs. JSU in conference play during those years.  The teams last met on Nov. 29, 2010, a 70-52 Stetson victory at the Edmunds Center. The Hatters are 7-0 all-time vs. the Gamecocks in DeLand.

Last Time Out
Behind a dominant second-half performance, Stetson extended its win streak to five in a row with a 63-45 victory over Central Arkansas Saturday afternoon at the Farris Center. Stetson took over in the third quarter, outscoring the Sugar Bears 23-5 for the period.  That included a 16-0 Hatter run to break the game open. Stetson cranked up the defensive pressure, forcing Central Arkansas into 12 second half turnovers that led to 22 Hatter points. Yazz Wazeerud-Din led three Hatters in double figures with 18 points.

Team Defense
The Hatters have held 14 of their 23 opponents to under 60 points this season, and Stetson is 12-2 in those games.  At 55.1 points allowed per game, Stetson's defense ranks second in the ASUN and 25th in the NCAA. The Hatters also rank 37th in the NCAA in field goal pct. defense (.363).

Five Straight And Counting

► As of Monday, it is tied for 23rd-longest active win streak in the NCAA
► Stetson has outscored opponents by 90 points (+18.0 ppg scoring margin) during the streak

► Stetson's next four games will all come against teams with winning records (combined .816 win pct.)
► Four of the next six games will come against teams Stetson has already lost to this season

Winning on the Road
The Hatters have already won eight games on the road this season (away+neutral), good for third in the league behind FGCU (11) and Liberty (9).  It is Stetson's highest win total since winning 11 road games in the 2016-17 season.

Turner Crashing The Boards
Jamiya Turner has really stepped up her game of late.  The Hatters junior collected a career-high 15 rebounds vs. Bellarmine, then recorded a 13-point, 13-rebound double-double vs. Eastern Kentucky and a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double vs. Lipscomb. She is averaging 11.8 points and 9.4 rebounds over the past five games.
