Hatters Head to Orlando Riding Three-Game Win Streak

DeLAND, Fla. — The Stetson Hatters head to Orlando on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. matchup with UCF at Addition Financial Arena. The game will stream live on ESPN+, with live stats available.

Stetson enters the contest at 5–2, riding a three-game win streak fueled by an offense that has averaged 84 points per game over that stretch. The Hatters are coming off a strong showing at the Music City Classic, where they went 2–0 and set a new program record with 17 made three-pointers in an 89–63 win over Northern Kentucky.

Graduate guard Mary McMillan, named to the Music City Classic All-Tournament Team, averaged 22.5 points across the two games and continues to be one of Stetson's engine pieces, contributing 13.7 points per game while leading the team with 36 assists. Senior guard Cameron Thomas remains the Hatters' top scorer at 17.6 points per game, and both Thomas and McMillan have eclipsed 30 made threes to pace Stetson's perimeter attack.

Senior guard Promise Keshi delivered a standout performance in Nashville with 14 points, nine rebounds, and three blocks against Saint Louis. Graduate forward Aleah Sorrentino provides consistent interior presence, averaging 9.9 points, a team-leading 8.3 rebounds, and six blocks.

UCF enters the matchup at 6–2 overall and 5–1 at home, coming off a narrow win over Rice to close a 2–1 week at the Puerto Rico Clasico. Picked last in the Big 12 Preseason Coaches Poll, the Knights have opened the season strong behind a balanced, defensive-minded approach, averaging 72.5 points per game while allowing only 56.5.

Sophomore guard Leah Harmon leads UCF with 17.4 points, 29 assists, and a team-high 20 made threes. Junior center Khyala Ngodu adds 11.4 points, a team-best 6.5 rebounds, and seven blocks while anchoring the interior. The Knights hold a +8 rebounding margin and average 14.6 assists and 3.6 blocks per game.

Wednesday marks the 22nd meeting between the programs. UCF leads the all-time series 13–8, including last season's 89–58 win in Orlando. Stetson's last win in the matchup came in 2015, an 83–68 victory in DeLand.
