Stetson Football Announces 2025 Promotional Game Schedule

Theme games set for all seven home dates at Spec Martin Stadium

DeLAND, Fla. — With the 2025 season approaching, Stetson Football is excited to unveil its home promotional schedule, highlighted by seven themed Saturdays at Spec Martin Stadium. Every Saturday will feature a unique theme, offering engaging experiences for fans, families, and the greater DeLand community. From glow-in-the-dark fun to meaningful awareness games to the cherished traditions of Hatter Nation, this fall is set to deliver something for everyone.

Here's a look at the 2025 home game promotional themes:

Saturday, August 30 • 6:00 p.m. vs. Webber International
Glow Stetson presented by Pepsi
The season opener marks the beginning of a new era as Mike Jasper makes his debut as head coach of the Hatters. Fans are encouraged to wear bright and neon colors for this high-energy night game under the lights. It's a glowing celebration of Stetson Football's return to Spec Martin Stadium.

Saturday, September 6 • 6:00 p.m. vs. Warner
Community Day
Stetson will spotlight the local community, welcoming Pop Warner and youth football programs from across Volusia County. Special ticket packages will be available for teams and groups, making it a great night for families to experience Hatter Football together.

Saturday, September 20 • 1:00 p.m. vs. Harvard
Friends & Family Weekend presented by Insight Credit Union
A weekend designed to bring the Hatter family together. From alumni to parents to current students, everyone is invited to be part of the celebration. Halftime entertainment will feature a special performance by Dehner Elite Arts Dance Academy, and ticket packages will be available soon.

Saturday, October 4 • 1:00 p.m. vs. Davidson
Keep DeLand Green / Band Day
This Saturday marks the beginning to Pioneer Football League play. Fans are encouraged to wear green in support of environmental awareness and Stetson pride. The DeLand High School Band will join the festivities with a special halftime performance, making for a spirited afternoon at Spec Martin Stadium.

Saturday, October 11 • 1:00 p.m. vs. Morehead State
Breast Cancer Awareness & Hilinski's Hope presented by AdventHealth
This game will honor both breast cancer awareness and mental health advocacy. Fans are encouraged to wear pink in support of the cause, while members of Zeta Tau Alpha will distribute pink ribbons at the gates. The day also highlights the mission of Hilinski's Hope, promoting mental health awareness across college athletics.

Saturday, October 25 • 1:00 p.m. vs. St. Thomas (Minn.)
Homecoming presented by Watson Realty
One of the most anticipated events of the year, Homecoming brings together alumni, students, and fans to celebrate all things Stetson. The Homecoming court and superlative winners will be recognized during a special halftime ceremony.

Saturday, November 22 • 1:00 p.m. vs. San Diego
Senior Day & Military Appreciation
The regular season concludes with a meaningful afternoon honoring both our senior student-athletes and military service members. A pregame ceremony will recognize the Hatter seniors, and the Stetson ROTC will present the colors in tribute to those who serve.
