Biography

2022 Season

  • Finished his career at Stetson having played in 95 games for the Hatters, starting 91
  • Was limited to 44 games in his final season by two stretches on the injured list, but came back strong after both
  • Finished tied for the team lead, and tied for second in the ASUN, with 24 stolen bases
  • Was second on the team with 13 multiple-hit games
  • Opened the season with consecutive two-hit games against Delaware and Notre Dame on February 18 and 19
  • Had to leave the game against Florida on February 22 after hustling to try to beat out a bunt on a sacrifice
  • Came back 10 days later with two hits, including a double, and two runs against Sacred Heart on March 4
  • Had consecutive big games against Florida A&M on March 12-13 with five hits, seven runs and five stolen bases, including a career-high four in the second game
  • Had four hits, including a double, in the game at Florida State on April 6
  • Was the only player in the Stetson lineup that night who didn’t have a strikeout
  • Was injured in the series-opener at Kennesaw State when he crashed into the building in left while in pursuit of a fly ball
  • Came back to play in the final two games of the year a week later, closing the season with two hits, including a home run, while driving in four against Jacksonville on May 21
  • Closed out his career by reaching base in his final nine games in which he had an at bat
  • Named to the ASUN Academic Honor Roll

2021 Season

  • Saw action in 37 games for the Hatters, 33 aas a starter in the outfield
  • Had five multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games
  • Had an eight-game hit streak to open the season, batting .450 over that stretch with three home runs and 10 RBI
  • Missed two weeks with a muscle strain at the end of his streak
  • Had just four hits in 12 games (41 at bats) after returning from the injury
  • Broke out of the slump with a pair of hits and two walks, scoring three runs, against North Florida on April 17
  • Was named to the ASUN Academic Honor Roll

2020 Season

  • Was a starter in 14 games in the outfield
  • Opened his Stetson career with a three-hit game, including a double, scoring three runs against Manhattan on February 14
  • Had five multiple-hit games
  • Had two hits, including a triple, and scored twice against Hartford February 22
  • Had three hits, including a double, and drove in four runs against Bethune-Cookman on March 4
  • Was named to the ASUN Academic Honor Roll

Summer 2019 

  • Spent his summer on the west coast playing for the Port Angeles Lefties in the West Coast League
  • Hit .232 in 30 games for the Lefties with five doubles, a triple and two home runs
  • Drove in 14 runs and had four stolen bases

2019 Season 

  • Redshirted as a transfer from Wake Forest
  • Was named to the ASUN Academic Honor Roll

Prior to Stetson

  • Saw action in 43 games, starting 16, over two seasons at Wake Forest
  • Against Elon, on April 4, 2017, he became the first player at Wake since Mac Williamson in 2012 to homer twice in an inning, hitting a grand slam and solo blast as he finished with five RBI
  • Stole two bases against Kent State and another against Pittsburgh
  • Played summer ball with the Harrisonburg Turks

High School

  • Played baseball for coach Joey Hiller at Tattnall Square Academy
  • Was rated as the No. 414 prospect in the nation by Perfect Game, as well as the No. 68 outfielder and No. 45 prospect from Georgia
  • Named a 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American
  • Three-time baseball state champion, and was also twice named all-state and three times named all-region
  • Named the GHSA Region 7A Player of the Year
  • Also earned all-region honors in football
  • Batted .427 with eight doubles, five triples, four homers and 25 steals as a senior
  • Hit .459 with 10 doubles, 20 RBI and 17 stolen bases as a junior
  • Batted .352 with four home runs, 42 runs and 21 RBI as a sophomore
  • Helped his team earn state titles in 2012, 2013 and 2015
  • Graduated with honors with distinction and was a member of the beta club
