High School: Went to Wildwood High School … Played quarterback, receiver and punter in high school … Was named 2011 1-A First Team All-State Punter … Also played basketball and baseball in high school ... Was a National Honor Society member and U.S. Army Reserve Scholar Athlete. 
 
Personal: Full name is Sean Russell Hensley ... Was born on January 18, 1994, in Asheville, NC ... Parents are Michael and Patricia Hensley … Has one brother, Scott (23) … Has a cousin, Tyler Bortnick, playing AAA baseball for the Arizona Diamondbacks and another, Harry Connick, Jr., who is a singer/actor … His brother plays football at Jacksonville University, who won the 2010 Pioneer League Championship … Chose Stetson because it was close to home and because of football … Is a Sport Management major and plans to obtain an MBA.
