Biography

Senior (2018): Is second on the team with 20 pitching appearances, 18 of those out of the pen ... Has allowed a run to score in just five of his 20 outings ... Earned a victory in his season debut, working 2.2 innings of relief against Manhattan (2/16) on opening day, recording four strikeouts in the win ... Earned a win in relief against Purdue (3/4) despite allowing two runs in 1.1 innings of work ... Made his first start of the year against FIU (3/21), allowing one earned run on three hits with a season-high five strikeouts in four innings of work ... Was saddled with the loss at Florida State (4/18) after allowing three earned runs on five hits with four walks in just 1.2 innings of work in his second start of the year ... Made five appearances in ASUN play, allowing two earned runs. 

Summer (2017): Posted a sparkling 5-0 record in seven starts for the Ocean State Waves in the Northeast Collegiate League where he teamed with fellow Hatters Mitchell Senger and Ryan Stark ... Finished the summer with a 2.19 ERA in 37 innings of work with an outstanding 54 strikeouts against just 12 walks ... Earned a victory over Plymouth in the playoffs with five innings of three-hit, one-run, work with nine strikeouts. 

Junior (2017): Saw action in 16 games on the mound, three as a starter ... Posted a 2-4 record with a 4.83 ERA in 31.2 innings of work ... Best outing of the year as a starter came against Bethune-Cookman (April 25) when he worked six innings, allowing just two unearned runs on four hits with no walks and a career-high nine strikeouts 

in a 9-2 Stetson win ... Earned his first collegiate save with a shutout inning of work at Lipscomb (May 20) with two strikeouts ... Had six strikeouts in three shutout innings of relief against Florida State (April 25) ... Was named to the ASUN Academic Honor Roll. 

Summer (2016): Played for the Ocean State Waves of the New England Collegiate Baseball League ... Posted a 2-4 record in nine games, including eight starts ... Worked a total of 30.2 innings with a 6.16 ERA ... Recorded 39 strikeouts with 16 walks. 

Sophomore (2016): Made 15 appearances on the mound, starting seven games ... Hatters were 5-10 in his appearances ... Pitched 38.0 innings ... Posted a 2-1 record with a 4.26 ERA ... Allowed 22 runs, 18 earned, on 43 hits ... Struck out 42 batters while allowing 27 walks ... Had a season-high eight strikeouts, while allowing no runs on three hits over 5.0 innings, against NJIT (5/8) ... Pitched 5.0 innings and allowed a run on six hits with seven strikeouts against Jacksonville (4/30) ... Freshman (2015): Saw action on the mound in 18 games, six as a starting pitcher ... Finished the season with a 1-1 record and a 5.09 ERA in 35.1 innings of work ... Struggled with control early in the season as a starter, walking 14 in 18 innings over his first five starts ... Transitioned to the role of reliever and found better success, making nine of his 13 relief appearances without allowing an earned run ... Picked up his first collegiate victory against Kennesaw State (4/4) with two no-hit innings of relief.
