High School:
Centracchio attended West Forsyth High School in Cumming, Georgia, where he played under head coach Tom Kratowicz. A four-year varsity player and team captain as a senior, Centracchio earned Georgia Dugout Club All-State honors in his final season. He helped lead the Wolverines to a Region 6 Class 6A Championship and a Sweet 16 appearance in the state tournament, while also reaching the Sweet 16 during his junior year.

In addition to baseball, Centracchio played one year of basketball and competed in summer ball with Team Elite under coach Jamie Crane.

Full name is Cade Walker Centracchio. Born on December 30, 2006. Son of Greg and Kristin Centracchio. Has one brother, Brett (27), and one sister, Camryn (24). Brother Brett played baseball at North Carolina, sister Camryn was a cheerleader at Alabama, and his father played baseball at Hartford. Majoring in Corporate Finance.
