Biography

2022 Season
  • Saw action in 19 games as a pinch runner and defensive substitute in the outfield
  • Had two hits in just nine at bats during the year
  • Hits came against Florida on February 22 and Liberty on May 1
  • Drove in three runs and also scored three runs
  • Was a perfect four-for-four on stolen base attempts
Summer 2021
  • Played for the North Shore Navigators in the Northeast Collegiate League
  • Played in 38 games during the regular season and another eight games in the playoffs
  • Posted a .207 batting average with a double and nine RBI during the regular season
  • Had a pair of three hit games and drove home two runs in back-to-back games
  • Hit .200 in the playoffs with his only homer of the summer in the opening game of the championship series against Danbury
  • Made one appearance on the mound, throwing a single shutout inning in a game at Keene
2021 Season
  • Saw action in just 14 games, making three starts in the outfield
  • Had his only hit of the year, a double, against Florida A&M on February 21
  • Was used as a pinch-runner and defensive sub in eight games

  • Was a two-sport star at Bishop Moore Catholic High

  • His uncle, Brian Shriver, Sr., played college football at Alabama
  • His cousin is retired professional soccer player Brian Shriver, Jr., who was a winner of the NASL Golden Boot award and played collegiately at the University of North Carolina
  • His cousin, Lauren Shriver, is married to Ben Gamel from the Milwaukee Brewers
  • Enjoys playing golf, going to the beach and fishing
  • Biggest superstition is that the four bracelets he wears on his right wrist must always be in the correct color order
  • Chose Stetson over Illinois State, Jacksonville and Eastern Michigan
