Biography

High School:
Mercado prepped at The Master’s Academy in Oviedo, Florida, where he was a key contributor for the Eagles under head coach Todd Bellhorn. A five-year varsity player, Mercado helped lead his team to two district championships during his high school career. In addition to baseball, he also spent one year competing in soccer, showcasing his athletic versatility.

Full name is Julian "JuJu" Alexander Mercado. Born on October 17, 2006. Son of Damian and Jessenia Mercado. Has one brother, Damian Jr. (25). Cousins include three former collegiate baseball players. Majoring in Health Sciences.
