  • His father played at Northern Arizona in the late 1980s 
  • Cousins Kody and Trevor Kohl played at Arizona State as did his uncle Matt Kohl
  • Uncle Ben Nadolski played football at Weber State and his aunt, Jaynee Nadolski, played basketball at Weber State
  • Uncles John Likovich (Notre Dame) and Tom Likovich (Colorado) also played college football
  • Another cousin, David Kohl, played at Fort Lewis
  • Received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics with a Professional Sales minor
