High School: Played for coach David Wensyel at Lake Howell HS … Played guard, center and tackle on the offensive line … Was a three-year letter winner … Earned most improved as a freshman … Was a second team All-Conference selection as a senior … Was selected for the CFE Cure Bowl All-Star Game and the Shrine Bowl All-Star Game … Competed on the track team in both discus and shot put … Earned the Leadership Award following his senior year … Lettered on the wrestling team for one year and on the weightlifting team twice … Was named best Senior Athlete … Chose Stetson over Lawrence University.
