Biography

2019: Played through a series of injuries that limited him to just six games, with four starts … Finished third on the season with 22 receptions and second with 348 receiving yards … Had five catches for 102 yards in the opener against Louisiana College (9/7) … Had eight receptions for 86 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the win over Dayton (10/19) … Suffered an injury on the first play of the game at Jacksonville (11/2) and missed the rest of the season.

2018: Second team All-PFL selection … Started each of the first nine games of the year before missing the season-finale against Valparaiso with an injury … Was selected as the Hatters’ offensive player of the week for his performances against San Diego and Butler … Was on the receiving end of a 96-yard TD pass – the longest offensive play in modern program history – from Colin McGovern in the win over Morehead State … Finished second on the team in receptions (52), yards receiving (769) and TD receptions (10) … Had a season-high nine receptions against Butler … Had five 100-yard receiving games … Best game was against Jacksonville with 141 yards and two touchdowns … Scored multiple touchdowns four times … Scored the game-winning touchdown at Drake on the final play of the game, scooping up a loose ball and scoring from six yards out … Had four kickoff returns for 94 yards … Was credited with two tackles … Was named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll.

Junior College: Played two seasons for coach Jeff Koonz at Holmes Community College in Goodman, Miss. … Saw action in eight games as a sophomore, recording nine receptions for 114 yards and two touchdowns … Also had six kickoff returns for 104 yards … Helped his team to the Graphic Edge Bowl title … Was limited to return duty as a freshman, returning five kickoffs for 73 yards.
 
High School: Was an All-State performer for coach Michael Fair at Senatobia HS as a senior, helping the Warriors to a 10-2 record and a District title … Had a team-high 37 receptions for 438 yards and five touchdowns … Also had seven rush attempts for 42 yards … Had six kickoff returns for 80 yards and seven punt returns for 115 yards … Also played defensive back, recording 48 tackles, including four for loss … Had three interceptions, five pass breakups and one forced fumble … Had 10 receptions as a junior for 71 yards while also recording 42 tackles on defense with five interceptions, six pass breakups and two fumble recoveries … Had four receptions for 55 yards as a sophomore to go with six tackles and two pass breakups … Was a member of the National Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa.
