Biography

2016 (Senior): 2016: Played in 15 games, making 14 starts … scored season’s only goal in 2-2 tie with Tulsa … played 1067 minutes, including five games of at least 90 minutes.

2015 (Junior): Played in 16 matches, making 12 starts … took three shots and scored one goal … season’s only goal came in 2-1 loss at UCF.

2014 (Sophomore): Played in and started 14 matches … recorded a pair of assists (Elon, North Florida) … attempted just one shot (Campbell).

2013 (Freshman): Started and played in 16 matches ... Fired off five shots, one of which was on goal ... Logged 1,344 minutes out on the pitch.

High School: Contreras attended and played soccer at the IMG Academy. He won the Florida State Cup, the President’s Cup, and his team was the Disney Champions. Contreras also traveled to train with FC Barcelona, Sporting de Lisboa, and Ponte Preta while at the IMG Academy.

Personal: Full name is Sebastian Arturo Contreras ... son of Maria Ussher and Ivor Contreras ... has two brothers; Christian (21) and Guillermo (17) ... majoring in finance.
