Christophe Noblet just finished his tenth year at the helm of the Hatters and his 13th season overall.

He served his 10th year as the head coach of the Stetson men’s tennis program during the 2024-2025 season after working the previous three as Associate Head Coach for both the men's and women's teams. He began working with the Hatters in August of 2012 as an assistant coach for both programs and was named the men's head coach in July of 2015.

In the previous ten seasons leading the men’s team, Noblet has guided the Hatters to a 108-71 overall dual match record, including a 31-24 record in conference matches, as well as 3 ASUN Tournament finals (2018, 2024, 2025).

In 2025, the men’s tennis team posted a 17-5 record, 7-1 in conference play, finishing second during the regular conference season , and reaching the ASUN Tournament Final for the second year in a row. The team was also ranked #66 in the country. In 2024, Stetson earned 18 wins in route to the ASUN Tournament final, the first time since 2018. The team was also ranked #63 in the country during the season, one of the highest national rankings in school history. In 2018, Stetson posted an 18-4 overall record, the third-best ever winning percentage in a single season in school history (.818), while the 18 wins were Stetson’s most since 2011. During the season, the Hatters reached a high of a No. 73 national ranking by the ITA, and also advanced to the ASUN Championship title match for the first time in seven seasons.

Noblet also coached 6 nationally ranked players, while Diogo Marques represented Stetson in the ITA Fall National Championship in singles in 2020, and Decoste/Bergevi in doubles in 2017.

Since becoming head coach, Noblet has seen his players totaled 27 ASUN Conference awards. The Hatters have picked up seven ASUN First Team honors, six second team awards, 11 all-freshman selections (including three in 2022, Tristan Dumas, Ervin Eminefendic and Sami Ozzor), and eight Academic All-Conference choices. Two men have also been named the ASUN Freshman of the Year, Malik Bhatnagar (2018) and Dumas (2022).

The Stetson program has also earned ten straight ITA All-Academic Team awards, while the program has earned 62 ITA Scholar-Athlete selections and 84 ASUN Honor Roll selections.

Prior to his head coach appointment, Noblet spent three seasons aiding former Director of Tennis Pierre Pilote with nearly every aspect of running Stetson’s tennis programs. He was an assistant for both the men's and women's programs the first two years (2012-14) and was an associate head coach the third season (2014-15). During his first two seasons with the Hatters, the women’s team recorded 29 wins totaled and reached the conference tournament final in 2014 while Michaud was selected for the NCAA Singles Championship, a first in Stetson Women’s tennis history . Working primarily with the men’s team in 2014-15, Noblet helped guide the Hatters to a 12-10 overall mark and a berth in the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship semifinals for the second straight season.

Since Noblet arrived at Stetson in the fall of 2012, the Hatters produced a total of 56 ASUN all-conference honorees, including 14 on the first team, 18 on the second team, 20 on the freshman team and 14 on the academic team. There have been five Freshman of the Year - adding Simon Julin (2013), Blanco (2015), and Michaud (2015) – and two ASUN Player of the year.

A native of France, Noblet played collegiately at Columbus (Ga.) State, where he earned national rankings in both singles (No. 31) and doubles (No. 2) in 2011. During the 2010-2011 season, Noblet earned All-American honors and CSU advanced to the NCAA Division II Final Four in both 2010 and 2011.

Noblet received his Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at Columbus State University and his Bachelor of Science at Universite Du Sud in Toulon, France in 2009. He holds coaching certifications from the United States Professional Tennis Association (Elite Professional), USTA (High Performance), Professional Tennis Registry (Professional level), International Tennis Performance Association (Certified Tennis Performance Specialist), and the French Tennis Federation (level 1).”
