2010:  Compiled 4-5 record with one save and a 3.66 ERA in 57.1 innings...recorded 48 strikeouts...one combined shutout...appeared in 15 contests with eight starts in the circle and five complete games...struck out a season-high eight batters vs. Appalachian State (March 6)...tossed a scoreless inning and struck out the side to earn a save in Feb. 21 win over Rhode Island...first career victory came Feb. 28 vs. Boston College...also beat Bethune-Cookman (March 5), Yale (March 14) and Mercer (April 22). 

High School:  Starred in the pitching circle for Head Coach Mike Cavley's Apalachee High School (Winder, Ga.) team...led AHS to a regional runner-up spot and fourth place finish in the state in 2007...Class 4A regional champions in 2008...three-time First Team All-Northeast Georgia selection...earned All-State honors in 2007...over the last three years of her career, she compiled 39 wins, three saves and 600 strikeouts in 402 innings...ERA for the 2006-08 time period was 0.94, including an 0.62 mark as a junior in 2007...batted .316 for her final three seasons with two home runs, 54 RBI and 45 runs scored...also played varsity basketball and tennis in high school.

Personal:  The daughter of Jon and Michele Gunby was born November 7, 1990 in DeKalb, Georgia...majoring in Elementary Education.
