  • Barry University, Head Coach (2020-22)
    • Guided the team to a 16-10 overall record in her first full season.
    • Led the Buccaneers to the semi-finals of the SSC Tournament for the first time since 2018.
    • Achieved notable milestones, including their first-ever road game victory.
    • Developed Harriet Swindells into the conference's all-time career leader in made three-point field goals
  • University of Massachusetts-Boston, Head Coach (2015-20)
    • Led the Beacons to an impressive 87-49 overall record, including a remarkable 62-20 record over the last three years.
    • Achieved program milestones, including two 20-win seasons, Little East Conference Tournament Championship, and NCAA Tournament appearance.
    • Honored as the 2017-18 Little East Conference Co-Coach of the Year.
  • Central Connecticut State University, Assistant Coach (2012-15)
    • Helped lead the team to two winning seasons and a combined 46 victories over three seasons.
    • Assisted in securing appearances in the Northeast Conference tournament and the NIT Tournament.
    • Developed players who earned All-Conference accolades, with Jess Babe receiving Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-America honors.
  • Carolina Cheetahs (ABA), Head Coach (2011)
    • Led the team to a successful season, posting a combined 14 victories and guiding them to the postseason tournament in their inaugural year.
