Madison Pack

Madison Pack served as Director of Operations and Assistant Coach for the Stetson women’s basketball program from 2023-26, playing a key role in the Hatters’ success on and off the court.

During her three seasons in DeLand, Pack helped guide Stetson to a 53-42 overall record, including a 20-win campaign in 2025-26 — the program’s first since the 2021-22 season. The Hatters earned two postseason appearances during her tenure, both in the WNIT, and advanced to the ASUN Championship semifinals in 2025-26.

Stetson posted a combined 34-18 record in ASUN play during Pack’s time on staff, highlighted by two 12-win conference seasons. The Hatters’ 12-4 mark in 2023-24 was the program’s best conference record since the 2016-17 campaign.

Pack was instrumental in the development of several standout student-athletes, helping coach six All-ASUN selections. Among them was Cameron Thomas, who led the ASUN in scoring in back-to-back seasons (2024-25 and 2025-26) and was named ASUN Newcomer of the Year in 2024-25. She also played a role in the development of Aleah Sorrentino, who posted one of the top rebounding seasons in program history with 252 total rebounds in 2025-26, the most by a Hatter since 2016-17.

Pack joined the Hatters after serving as the video coordinator for Western Carolina women’s basketball, where she concluded her playing career with the Catamounts. She appeared in 27 games with 20 starts, averaging 4.2 points per game and recording a career-high 18 points.

Prior to Western Carolina, Pack played three seasons at Columbia University, appearing in 63 games and making 23 starts during her freshman season.

A Florida native, Pack attended Sarasota High School, where she was a four-year letterwinner and team captain. She helped lead the Lady Sailors to two district titles, a regional championship, and a 2014 state Final Four appearance. Sarasota posted a 91-20 record during her career.
