Played in 23 games, making 13 starts... 10 rebounds against Bellarmine (02/08)... 6 assists against North Florida (02/27)... 16 points against Queens (02/22)... 146 points in the season... 

Xavier (21-24)
Played in 45 games over three seasons, making 24 starts. Led the team in assists during the 2022-23 season with 2.9 per game, ranking 13th in the BIG EAST Conference. Averaged 7.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 22.5 minutes per game throughout the career. Notable performances include a career-high 22 points, 11 rebounds, and first double-double at Seton Hall (Feb. 4, 2022). Other highlights include 12 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals against Seton Hall (Feb. 18, 2023), as well as a season-high 11 rebounds at Miami (Ohio) (Nov. 7, 2022) and against Cincinnati (Dec. 9, 2022). 

Virginia Tech (2020-21)
Played in four games for the Hokies during her freshman season... scored three points and grabbed four rebounds... added two steals.

High School
Was a three-star recruit (2020 HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings - espnW 100) out of Christian Academy of Louisville, ranking No. 29 in the nation among guards... led her high school team to a 2A State Championship in 2019 - earning State Tournament MVP honors... was also named NAAPS Region 4 Kentucky Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in 2018... was a four-time all-district, all-region and all-metro team selection... was also an honorable mention all-state honoree in 2017 and a second-team selection in 2018... also earned academic all-state honors three times... scored over 2,000 points in high school, while grabbing more than 1,200 rebounds... played for the Indy Gym Rats AAU team... led the team to the 2018 EYBL Final Four and picked up EYBL All-Tournament Team honors.

Shelby Danielle Calhoun was born on Nov. 23, 2001... Daughter of Stephanie and Doug Calhoun...Has a brother, Trey, and a sister, Sydney...Her father played basketball, football, and ran track at the University of Louisville...Her aunt, Brandi Calhoun-Thomas, played basketball at West Virginia...Graduated with a degree in Marketing, working towards an MBA...
