High School: Ran four years of Cross Country Notre Dame Preparatory School Blazers in Towson,MD...Served as captain for one year... Under Head Coach James Lancaster she was a, 3x All Conference in the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland, a 4x School record holder, and was a 4x member of Honor Roll

Personal: Daughter of Shannon and Phillip Koontz... Has two younger brothers Brendan and Shawn
