Biography

Prior to Stetson: Spent two years at Texas A&M Corpus Christi where she ran for the Islanders

Highschool: Ran four years of Cross country for the Stony Brook High School Tigers... Under Head Coach Alison Coburn, she was a 2x State Qualifier... was the 2023 Texas 6A District Champion... she also graduated with a 4.0 GPA and top 10% of her class

Personal: Daughter of Greg and Elissa Mizell, two older sister Jordan and Meryl
