Biography
PRIOR TO STETSON
- Longo competed for three varsity seasons at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School under coach Kathleen Wojtas.
- She helped the Girls U17 8+ capture a regional championship at the 2022 USRowing Southeast Youth Championships.
- Longo earned a silver medal in the Girls Junior 8+ at the 2023 SRAA National Championships Regatta.
- She captured a state championship in the Girls Junior 4x at the 2024 FSRA Sculling Championships.
- Longo also added a third-place finish in the Girls Varsity 8+ at the 2024 FSRA Sweep Championships.
- She placed second in the Girls Freshman 4+ at the 2022 FSRA Sweep Championships.
- Longo finished her prep rowing career as a State Champion, Regional Champion and Scholastic National Silver Medalist.
PERSONAL
- Alicia Longo is majoring in Biology at Stetson.
- A founding member of the Saint Thomas Aquinas Rowing program
- Academically, she maintained a high GPA and earned Principal’s Honor Roll recognition throughout high school.
