Prior to Stetson
- Clarke competed for Peachtree City Rowing Club and Atlanta Junior Rowing Association during her rowing career.
- She was homeschooled
- She helped Atlanta Junior Rowing Association’s Varsity 8+ place third at the Southeast Regionals in 2022.
- She competed at Youth Nationals in the Varsity 8+ in 2022.
- Clarke earned first-place finishes in the Lightweight 8+ at the Head of the Hooch Regatta and the Open 8+ at the American Youth Cup.
- She also recorded runner-up finishes at the Music City Head Race, Secret City Head Race, American Youth Cup and NC State Championships.
- She was coached by Sarah Low and Matt Fanny during her club rowing career.
- Clarke considered Rollins College, Southern Methodist University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Marietta College before choosing Stetson.
- She chose Stetson because of its campus atmosphere, educational opportunities and Division I athletics experience.

- Savannah Lynn Clarke was born on September 11, 2003, in Riverdale, Georgia.
- She is the daughter of Susan and Steve Clarke.
- She has two siblings, Tyler Beck Clarke and Elizabeth Ann Clarke.
- Her father, Steve Clarke, played varsity baseball at Wofford College from 1997-99.
- Clarke is from Tyrone, Georgia.
- She is majoring in Political Science with a Pre-Law focus at Stetson.
- She aspires to attend law school and pursue a career in law while continuing her passion for art.
- Her hobbies include art, drawing, sewing and athletics.
